Bio: Wanli is a PhD student at the NYU Center for Data Science working with Professor Shuyang Ling. His research interest lies in the interdisciplinary area of mathematics and data science such as optimal transport, random matrix, theoretical deep learning, etc. He is currently working with Professor Shuyang Ling on orthogonal group synchronization. He also held an M.S. degree in applied mathematics from Columbia University.
