Bio: Jack completed his a BS in Biology and  MS in Biomedical Informatics, both at Stony Brook University. During Jack’s MS,  Jack focused on the application of genomic language models to metagenomics and antimicrobial resistance. Jack is now interested in human variant effect prediction using protein language models, and is advised by Dr. Nadav Brandes at NYU Langone.
