Bio: Soomin is a PhD student and medical fellow at the NYU Center for Data Science, co-advised by Eric Oermann and Kyunghyun Cho. She is interested in multimodal, longitudinal modeling of patient data for personalized clinical decision support. Prior to NYU, she received an M.S. in Bioengineering from Seoul National University, and a B.S. in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering from Ewha Womans University.
